Puppy Pit Stop

I noticed this family at the marina last week. They had out of state plates and suitcases in the back so apparently they were stopping for a break during a road trip.

I love this dog's markings. He's like a little cow.

He seems to like the place, even his shadow appears happy

He was getting very excited as his people shredded turkey and filled a water bowl for him

He wanted to help

He was distracted from meal prep by a flock of gulls

Some dogs love to travel but mine didn't care for car travel.

What a cute dog and terrific shadow shots, Dianne! Sam LOVES to go anywhere in the car, a car, any car!! The woman who grooms him only lives a couple of blocks from us and since I no longer have a car, she comes to get Sam and brings him home. As much as he dislikes getting groomed, she never has to coax him into the car!! Hope you have a great weekend! Hugs to Hope!!

you know, these are really delightful shots. I love the butts. I just love butt shots. and the doggie does look a bit like a Holstein cow. clipped very short. interesting shadow shots - you've broken my chain of boredom for the day. bless your heart. have a great week.

Agreed that this cute canine does have moo-cow markings. Adorable, he awaits his meal, but like all wannabe hunting dogs, the sound and fury of a passing bird gets his attention...at least he doesn't have to actually catch his meals...

He's a good lookin' doggie. Our Linus has moo-cow markings, as did his late brother.

I was intrigued that you thought Linus looked like Babs Streisand in one of the photos I posted. too funny

Enjoy the weekend ~

He does look like a miniature cow in the first shot. He's obviously a great traveler.
