Beautiful pictures ! You know the wild flower which you call so romantically day lillies, in French they are called "Piss in Bed" lol ! Don't ask me why.
Love the day lilies. They are now one of my favorites for the garden. I discovered them years ago when I visited a shopping center that had beds of them at the head and foot of each parking lane. They were a sunny welcome all summer and never seemed to need much care.
I have planted them in every yard I have owned ever since. When heat and drought take over I can count on my day lilies to still provide some life in my garden.

day lillies ... one of the dearest wild flowers - even tho it gets planted you can still find it growing wild along country roads ..
