During this past weekend's storm we needed to pump out the lake that was forming in the backyard. Yards of blue hose laid out around the back of the house and then under my car so that the water could flow out to the street.

Motion Thursday: The Bird Man of The Parking Lot

I discovered MOTION THURSDAY at PAZ’S PLACE

I took this shot thru my rear view mirror while waiting for an open spot at a large municipal parking lot.

The man came out of one of the buildings and walked over to the edge of the lot where it meets the woods. He would raise his arm all the way up and call to the birds as he threw them food.

I wanted to get out and take some closer shots, the birds were so happy to see him but the moment was lovely as it was. He seemed so at peace and at one with the birds that I didn't want to interfere.
