Mid Week Blues: In Need of Some TLC

I pass this house often and I always think of how glorious it could be with a bit of repair, just some TLC.

Last week I saw some workers and equipment out front and a couple of trucks parked in the drive.

I hope this house is restored to her former beauty.

Definitely hope it will be restored and not bulldozed! Oh those bulldozers make me mad sometimes. This kinda reminds me of the duplex I posted 2 weeks ago. I'd love to see inside of it. If it gets restored you'll have to show us the after shots too.

I love the Dutch Colonial houses.

You can bet it has hardwood floors and gorgeous woodwork.

Definitely a "must save".

Nice one.

No, it isn't Amityville. That one is a Dutch Colonial.

I is very pretty, Dianne. It looks like one that should be on the historical 'register.' One of my son's has an old 1930's house that is. This one looks more like a 1910's house in style.
Hang in there and happy MidWeek Blues! I don't think I will do one as I'm still doing income tax and other 'stuff.'

What a beautiful house! It would be a shame to bull-doze this beauty, you're absolutely right it just needs some TLC.

That's a great house, Dianne! Though it reminds me of the quintessential haunted house for some reason. LOL!
