Camera Critters: The Diva

Wherever I went this bird seemed to follow me. Which was fine except she kept scaring off all the other birds.

I was telling her she could be in every shot - I must have looked insane with a camera attached to my face as I talked to the trees.

Finally I gave up and let her have her cover shot. I think the other bird is her agent.

I love this shot Dianne.
Those two beautiful birds are like two colorful brushstrokes against the gray sky and the tree.
Have a nice weekend.

Nice shot. She obviously knows who the star is, or should be.

Too funny! Birds see me and fly away. Were you wearing peanut butter perfume? Please tell me your secret.

Oh this is so cute! I was sort of doing this same thing with a mockingbird yesterday. My kids are always teasing me about my birds!

I find birds such a challenge! Here you go and have them insisting on being in the picture! Very nice capture!

That is a really outstanding shot - perfect!

The last time I was in the park the birds were all too busy yelling "I've got the best feathers, have sex with me" to be interested in silly humans with cameras.

Wonderful shot, Dianne! These two birds make a great color accent against a monochromatic background. It's like you hand-colored the print. :)

Beautiful, just beautiful. I was clearing the garden last weekend and a robin kept hopping around me, no camera to take picture, not sure that I could take it as well as you

Great shot. Love the colours and the way the birds are captured. Dark, contrastic and simply beautiful.

Lovely robin pair Dianne...we got very nervous the one time Ollie got out into the garage...but we had the car keys. It makes me think of a Saturday Night Live skit with a driving cat called...'Toonses' or something like that....Michelle

Fantastic shot, Dianne. I like how you brought the red out on these birds in what is almost a sepia pic.

Very cool.
