Ruby Tuesday: Little Red

Hope loves cars. She loves her Dad's big red truck and she loves the Bye Bye Buggy at daycare.

So Mom and Dad got her a car of her own. Introducing Little Red ...

Hope gets some technical advice from Dad before driving off ...

Dad doesn't normally wear goggles, he was power washing the house.

Hope settles in for her first drive ...

She waves hello to absolutely everyone as she travels down the street ...

My mom and dad got me my first car too - 1969 Tempest, gold with a red racing stripe along each front fender and up over the roof. Air shocks. 454 under the hood. Yeah, my dad got his daughter a muscle car - LOL!

A car for Hope - she would look great behind the wheel of anything that drives! I wonder if the ruby horn button actually beeps when she pushed it??

Oh my goodness, that is so shiny and RED! My kids have that same car but after about 9 straight years outside it's a battered wreck with the top gone and the body faded to a pale pink. Still a favorite with every kid that comes over though - Hope's going to love hers for years to come :).

Thanks so much for supporting me in the contest Dianne, and for your very lovely words too.

I've entered a major international photo competition (details are on my blog) and would be most grateful if you'd click through and rate my portfolio (just click on the stars at the bottom (preferably the 5th star - "fantastic" - LOL), easy peasy, no registration or personal details needed). Thanks so much!
