Floating On Air

To me it seems that the yellow leaves are not really attached to any of the trees ...

One incredible photo after the other! I LOVE this. It truly looks painted. And that figure under the yellow leaves looks like it's walking under a whole little tree! Or is that an illusion??? Will have to take another look!

I love your painterly photos! They're magical.

Thanks to the links to the photog. rights. I'm going to them right away. I'm still gasping over your story over there on Forks.

That's a very pretty picture you took, Dianne.
I am worried about the guy in black who is following those two boys. Were you?
Now I'm off to read about your cops. I suppose there was suspicion of espionage. They do take people in who are taking too many pictures of possible terrorist targets.
The Patriots Act gives the government a lot of power they didn't use to have. :)

Of all the colors under the sun
Yellow is the mellowest one.
Its hues are varied, if truth be told—
Cream and amber, and even gold.
Saffron’s considered a yellow hue,
So are lemon and bisque—buff too!
One mustn’t forget the lion’s mane—
Tawny and blond like Penny Lane.
And when full moons glow golden at night
They cast on earth a xanthic light.
Of all the colors under the sun,
Yellow, my friend, is the most fun!

The yellow leaves do seem to be suspended in mid-air.

Cool photo.
