Santa

This is the Santa that my granddaughter Hope sees everyday. He lives right across the street. Hope waves to him and blows him kisses every single time she sees him. Sometimes she peeks through the front window blinds and just giggles while she looks at him.

We should all remember to have such a sense of wonder and joy. Reminding us of this is the gift children give us.

Thank you for your wonderful pictures throughout the year. For your incredible writings over at Forks and for sharing Hope with us. I truly value our friendship even though we have never met in person. I am sending you a giant Hug and a smaller one for Hope. Have a very Happy Christmas from a snowbound Jay.

I can just see Hope waving at her friend -- who is probably covered with snow and ice today.

Stay warm, cuddle up with Hope, have a cup of (whatever) and take care during this nasty storm.
