Winter Kayak

I don't know what possessed the Parks People to plop a kayak down in the middle of a park surrounded by snow.

Yet they did ...

Well, the kayak has to be put somewhere! I wold think that steering the watercraft in the cold Raritan - I can't imagine being swamped in February :)
