Seen in many films but never in reality before!
Really wonderful work for Ruby Tuesday!!
Looks like they ran out of space for their clothes huh? Cool! :)Passing by with my Ruby Tuesday entry:http://www.whileontheroad.net/2011/07/ruby-tuesday-strawberry-cheesecake.html
aw..that's cool i think...seen these views here in our country too..hanging clothes eveywhere
Oh the memories .. thanks .. xo
Dianne, I absolutely ADORE this shot!Faaaaaaabulous capture!Reminds me of the days when my family lived in a row house and my mother would hang the laundry out back; along the porch!X
Proves that you don't need a dryer, even in the city!
Typical for Southern countries in Europe ! Like Italy for example, lol !
Well that looks like almost the same as in the Philippines too. If we don't have space in the frontyard or backyard hang it ^_^Red bud
Very colorful against the red brick.-----------------------------------My photography is available for purchase - visit Around the Island Photography and bring home something beautiful today!
Oh this is absolutely wonderful!!!!!
ah, I love the lines of laundry hanging along buildings. it could be a scene from anywhere in the world. those clothes look tiny!!! have a great week.
What a great find! You don't see that very often anymore. But it has such an old time feel that I like it!
Hi Dianne ~~ It's a neat picture!Thank you for sharing this. We don't see too much like that around here. I'm not sure why because we do have apartment buildings? In our wet spells of coursse the clothes wouldn't dry. It is a very common site in Europe...
People find ways to dry their clothes:)
i was just discussing a clothes-wire with my mom this afternoon.:p
The clothes line look like a BIG smile :-)
Great pic! In so many countries they hang the wash outside -when we visited China, that seem to be standard too!
I really miss washing hanging outside! When I was a child in England it NEVER dried and had to be put out two and three times......Buster sends greetings.
