Ah, Handsome Me -- I mean him, not me -- oh, well, you know what I mean! What fun reflections for the day, Dianne! Just the giggles I needed! Hope you and Hope have a great weekend! Big hugs to Miss Hope and keep one for yourself!!!
I had a Beta once. Actually I had more than one. And I got them to breed and the eggs hatched. Then the parents ate the babies. Sure glad we don't do that. But they are natures most beautiful fish. Give Hope a hug, (But don't tell her about the Beta babies.)
Mel is a gorgeous Beta, isn't he? Does he really sit on his heater when he wants to be fed? It's true what Jay said, they will eat the babies — the parents should have been moved to another tank before the eggs hatched. Not a problem for Hope, however, as Mel doesn't have a Melanie. K
Bonjour Dianne, Cool pictures, I'm sure little Luna would be hours looking this TV show ( I agree with GATTINA). You are very creative, thanks for sharing your ideas! purrs and hugs Luna and Léia

Hope .. everyone should have a Hope if they did this world would be a lot better ..
LOL I love it. When my kids were small, they named a kitten 'Fido'.
That's a neat looking fish. It reminds me of a fish my wife used to have. I hope he doesn't try to fight with his own reflection. :)

Beta are great, I usually keep one in my office at work.
Betas are beautiful fish. We have an aquarium but have never kept betas...maybe we should!

My daughter got her girls some fish. The littlest one fed them a sucker. So far they have survived. :)

Nice photo series. Mel is a cool fish.
Hope is so sweet! I like the name Mel, it was the name of my first boyfriend. Hmmm. I wonder where he is now.
