Interesting shadow from trees not yet showing signs of spring.

The shadows are wonderful here, but I'm really taken with the blues and greens in some of those first shots. Lovely!

The trees reflected in the water actually looked green! (And I'm not just talking about the stuff floating on top.) That's some shiny water! :)

All the color and the shadows are so pretty. Love the spidery shadows on the last two.

Really love this mix of water and earth based artistry! The water is not that deep and the trees so tall. Yet the shadows are at sea level so the depth and height are rather blurred - so all is equal here, the beauty so fair!

I would like a scarf made out of the first picture please. Just beautiful :)

Dianne, these are all so beautiful!

Color, texture, and clarity.

I love how in the final two shots the tree branch shadows and roots resemble each other. You can't tell where one ends and the other begins.

Brilliant!

Hope you're enjoying this faaaabulous cooler weather we're having this weekend!

Much X to you and the gang!

What awesome shadow shots. Some of them look like stick men walking across the yard. You have really given us some fabulous pictures tonight. genie

Beautiful shadow and reflection shots. My favorite is sixth one with the tree reflecting in the blue water along with the tree shadows along the water's edge.

Oh my gosh those are pretty pictures; sort of reminds me of our 'swamps' -- which I love! All of your pictures have a magical painterly quality! Love them.

It's great when you can get a whole set of shot, so consistently good, with such interesting textures and color combinations.
