Sky Watch Friday

I don't regularly participate in SW but on Wednesday I went sky crazy and had to share these.

These were all taken between noon and 2 PM this past Wednesday as I ran around doing last minute Thanksgiving errands.

It seemed as though the sky was different each time I looked.

Check out all the skies at SKYWATCH FRIDAY

What a wonderful series of dramatic Sky Photos!!! I've been participating for a while now and find myself taking more pictures of skies all the time. I usually post at Sacred Ruminations-SkyWatch, but today I shared at my new blog ... Happily Retired Gal ;--)

What a first Sky Watch! Beautiful. I missed it this time around. But hopefully will be posting next week.

Glad to hear you're "running" errands. :-)

pagan - it is nice to be getting around and out more - I just have to resist the instinct to over do.

Hi Dianne, you went sky crazy for sure. And you found some very pretty and/or intriguing skies.
I do that too but this week my MacDonald's and Whataburger signs picture was from a 2006 post on my other blog.
I don't throw things away, I have a blog to keep them in if I would accidently decide to throw.
..
Sometimes I sign in late so I won't have so many comments to answer. Then I make the rounds to find the "regulars/friends".

I like the shots number two and three from the top. I love looking at a dark sky with just a little blue showing. It is akin to seeing the possibilities (of nice weather) in the midst of storm-like clouds. A beautiful montage, Dianne!

jim - I have to admit I find the number of SW people overwhelming and that's one of the reasons I don't always remember to post something
I always look for the friends first too.

ralph - that's how I feel about skies like that too!! we're such poetic souls :)

gmj - it was a wonderful sky day and the camera behaved as well

cherie - thanks :)

It is peace in Mumbai at last.
Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes.
Pray for all those who lost their lives and may God give strength to their near and dear ones to bear their irreparable loss.
