Purple is my favorite color so it's going to be a joy to find and capture it.
What I love most about the photo projects is that they open my eyes. As soon as I decided to post something purple I noticed it everywhere.
And yellow and red were always at the bottom of my list but I have really come to appreciate them thanks to MELLOW YELLOW MONDAY and RUBY TUESDAY
My Yellow this week is this sweet cat scuplture. I'd like to think whoever placed it there saw that the butterful would appear to be coming from the yellow flowers and the cat would look so gentle.
My Purple is a statue I was given years ago. I love everything about her - her face, the folds of her garment, and the flowers.
Please check out both photo projects. Yellow already has quite a following and I'm hoping Purple will too.

I must admit that doing these colorful memes has really opened my eyes also. I see yellow everywhere. Both your photos are great. I especially like the cat. I would love to have him in my garden. Haven't seen one like him around here. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful colorful day.
Nifty cat for Mellow Yellow this week. I shared a collage of MY cat at Small Reflections this weekend, and my Mellow Yellow is at HRG. I've not heard of Purple Passion, but since purple is MY favorite color ... I may need to check it out ;--)

You are a busy lady! Your photos are wonderful of course. I don't think I can handle any more memes myself. Four is my limit. I had five, but gave one up when it got to be too much.
