I thought this shot was suited to both SEPIA SCENES and WINDOW VIEWS
I pass this building often. I love its rounded front and all the windows. The bay is right down there on the right of the shot, less than a block away. Sometimes when the light and angle is just right you can see reflections of the water or clouds in the windows. I have tried to capture that but parking is impossible. I circle and circle the block hoping to capture a moment but eventually I think I look like a security threat so I give up.
I'm going to do it one of these days!!

Nice combination of two great memes.
Love all the curves and angles here.
How does anybody get any work done in such a building, with large windows giving a perfect view of the water from any desk??
Also, this building gives us a style that is modern (lots of glass) ans old (the turret style). A great capture!
What a cool looking building. Great sepia opportunity.
Dianne, you make me laugh! I bet someone says "Gee, haven't we seen that car pass by a couple of times, hmmm. Should we call the cops! " Ha! Beautiful building... is it a bank? Happy Sepia Scenes and Window Views! :)
The building sure is an interesting shape...or is just part of a building?
I know what you mean about looking like a security threat. Hahaha!
That building looks very nice in sepia - I think it looks good w/ the windows dark like that - I'm guessing the windows were actually tinted already? It looks really cool!
What a great building. Interesting curves...
Dianne, I can relate to the circling around to try to get a good shot :0)!
your photo really highlights the beauty of this building. And as Ralph said, the views must be great from those windows.
Its a beautiful building, and an even more beautiful shot! I think I should take time out and look more at how things reflect on windows....
mines here!

What an unique building! A great shot for sepia scenes and window views. Have a great day, Dianne :)
I love the curved oval of the building, and that it's small enough to feel intimate. There's an office building in Tel Aviv with a similar shape, but it's huge and all glass, and gives off a completely different (albeit striking) feel.
Love this shot; almost worth getting that terrorist label, huh!!
Love the sepia tones :o)
You are the first one on Mr. Linky to have posted WV. All people before you did not even post WV yet and it's almost 9 am on Thursday...
that is a lovely building. I love the contrast of the dark glass with the light colored stone. lovely shot. Stop by to see my sepia scene
I like this building. I was thinking, before I read your prose, that those windows were so dark they could be mirrors if the light was right ... nice capture!
That is an awesome building! The windows are wonderful and it all looks great in sepia.
I love that in sepia!
LOL
Great combination of the themes.
Thanks for stopping by.
Great lines and curves. This is a really nice shot!
Great shot and I know what you mean about looking like a security threat. But sometimes I just can't give up. I figure being a woman is a plus in case I'm questioned.
Nice shot of the windows in an interesting building. The lower windows appear to be 2 stories tall. The people who work on the bay side must have a fantastic view!
It's quite some special architecture !
That's most def. a fitting entry.
What an interesting building!
Cool building - perfect for both sepia and window views.
I'm visiting late but, better late than never!
Nifty building! I've been watching for windows and am hoping to participate soon ... maybe next week?
Hugs and blessings,
