Ruby Tuesday: The Ice Cream Farm

I passed this on West Main Street in Freehold, NJ. It was early evening on Sunday and they were closed but the sign says homemade ice cream and free concerts. And the cows look friendly.

And as always, there is Hope ...

is 10 days old too young to go for ice cream?

I would have stopped for this barn photo! Cool!
Hope is one precious little one! My little granddaughter Lucy is now two and a half months. The time goes so quickly.
Cuddle her as much as you can!

Looks like a fun place to stop and get ice creme. Real country.

Seriously! A girl is NEVER too young for ice cream. What a treasure and so pretty in pink.

The red barn must be an absolute attraction. Home made ice and concerts. I haven't tasted home made ice since the early sixties.
Real cream and eggs, umm, I had almost forgotten.

The beauty and peace around Hope can be felt across the sea.
God bless her now and all of her days.

Just a drop of ice cream on the lips - she will like it - my boys didn't mind :) Great place - red makes it easy to spot - hope their busyness is doing well!

Ice cream with its soothing butterfat is a treat for all the adults that are > 10 days. This includes mom, dad and Grandma.

Fiberglass cows don't moo, I'd imagine!

Great barn!

I suppose 10 days is pushing it a bit for ice cream. I'd give her another week.

OH! She is so beautiful. (And hey! I said that and I'm not even her grandmother!)

Of course she's not to young to go for an ice cream. ;-)

Hope is so sweet. What a lucky Nana you are!

I like the bright red barn. Soon you will be able to take her for some homemade ice cream. The months will fly by!

Happy Belated Ruby Tuesday.

I'm sure she'll have her share of delicious ice cream as soon as she's able to start :)

Just a little, not too cold, at the end of your finger, Dianne? She's so perfect! :)

Dianne, that surely is a RED barn you found. I'd have some ice cream, I don't know about the concert. Depends.
And yes, 10 days is too young for ice cream. She is a DOLL! Congratulations!

I am at the Methodist Hospital in the Houston Medical Center right now. Karen is in labor and we are all in the 'birthing room.'
I suppose we will have to leave when her contractions get heavy and harder. Right now they are every twenty minutes apart.
Only the doctor and medical staff know if it will be a boy or girl.
I'll post some time tonight when the baby is here. I forgot my adaptor for the memory chip so no pictures until I get back home.

Adi and Katrin are with Son, Mitch, and DIL, Carmen.

She is so pretty. Freehold is just a hop skip and a jump from here. She'll have plenty of time to enjoy the ice cream later, I'm sure!
