Motion Thursday: The Bird Man of The Parking Lot

I discovered MOTION THURSDAY at PAZ’S PLACE

I took this shot thru my rear view mirror while waiting for an open spot at a large municipal parking lot.

The man came out of one of the buildings and walked over to the edge of the lot where it meets the woods. He would raise his arm all the way up and call to the birds as he threw them food.

I wanted to get out and take some closer shots, the birds were so happy to see him but the moment was lovely as it was. He seemed so at peace and at one with the birds that I didn't want to interfere.

Intriguing motion shot - and I like the framing.

I loved this, the angle, the idea even, of shooting through the rear view mirror is brilliant!

Ohhh! That is SO cool -- both the shot and the idea of what the man was doing. I'm glad you were able to participate in Motion Thursday. Yay!

And he has no way of knowing he's become an instant hero to some bloke in England!

BLUR : 'PARKLIFE'

"Confidence is a preference for the habitual voyeur of what is known as (parklife)

And morning soup can be avoided if you take a route straight through what is known as (parklife)

John's got brewers droop he gets intimidated by the dirty pigeons
They love a bit of it (parklife)

Who's that gut lord marching... you should cut down on your porklife mate... get some
Exercise

[Chorus]
ALL THE PEOPLE
SO MANY PEOPLE
THEY ALL GO HAND IN HAND
HAND IN HAND THROUGH THEIR PARKLIFE

Know what I mean?

I get up when I want except on Wednesdays when I get rudely awakened by the dustmen (Parklife)

I put my trousers on, have a cup of tea and I think about leaving the house (parklife)

I feed the pigeons I sometimes feed the sparrows too it gives me a sense of enormous well being (parklife)

And then I'm happy for the rest of the day safe in the knowledge there will always be a bit of my heart devoted to it (parklife)

[Chorus]

Parklife (parklife)

It's got nothing to do with vorsprung durch technic you know
And it's not about you joggers who go round and round and round

Hi Dianne, this was a treasure that you found in that parking lot. I know those birds appreciated him feeding them. Goodness knows in the winter their food is hard to come by.

I peeked around on your other blog. Hope surely does enjoy playing her music. They grow up fast, don't they?

I also learned about poor Issadore. She has a terrible time now and still to come. I do hope the meds will keep her going.

Also the good news about your reevaluation, for sure that is what you were hoping for. Both our hopes now is that the finding will be good for your disability. Not only that, but perhaps some medical help too.

I have never watched Rush and always turned him off if he came on the radio. He is a jerk but it pays his rent and a whole lot more. I will never forgive him for how he took advantage of those girls in Central America. Too bad they let him off for the drug thing.

I did political blogging once but got flamed so badly and rudely that I pulled everything off.

Forgot to say but you can probably tell that I am fairly well laying off the blogging, especially posting.
So no Ruby Tuesday and not doing MidWeek Blues either. Possibly I'll do SixWordSaturday as there aren't too many to answer on that one. :)

Wonderful shot, Dianne, and thanks for explaining what the man is doing. He must do that every day!
