I took these a million years ago. I was visiting one of my favorite cities - Boston - and killing time before the next cruise ship left.
I was using film - remember film?
When I look at them now I see so many things I would have done differently.
Blogging really has helped me grow as a photographer. Thanks to all of you who inspire me to copy your techniques.

All three are fabulous.
Lovely reflections.
Beautiful reflections! I know what you mean about "taking pictures" and making "art". So much I have learned as a photographer/blogger! So much I have learned in this wonderful community of "Weekend Reflections".
Awesome reflections.
Love the harbor views and cruises.
I like them. Do I remember film? Hah! I still use film for all my photography. Film rules!
What terrific reflection shots, Dianne! I always love reflections in the water and these are marvelous! Hope you have a great weekend!

Lovely reflections, Great photos and memories of your trip!
I sure do remember film!! Actually I like the digital better....I can take zillions of pics and just pick out the good ones! Ha!
Have a great weekend!
Hi Dianne. I loved to read your old man with the petals tree poem. If I was a crying person I would need a hankie.
I am sure you are feeling sorry also for our millions of Gulf Coast fish right now. Too bad we have to have wells and oil activity so close to those tender parts of our country.
Happy MidWeek Blues late. I never will catch up even with cutting down on my posts. Oh well, :)
..
Oh that's nice to see the Boston habour again ! I have been there in the 90th ! Beautiful reflections !
All of these are really nice. I'm big fan of film photography. Infact sometimes I try make my photos like like film.
Congratulations on the fabulous shots! Great blog indeed!
Dianne, these are great, just goes to show you have a good eye.I feel the same way about blogging and photography as you do. You captured some nice reflections here.
btw, I love Boston too!
Wonderful photos--makes me homesick for Boston. A part of my heart lies there.
Boston is one of my most favourite cities! Thanks for the memories of a wonderful place and of film, which I admit I DO remember. :)
Methinks each of these photos is ART personified ... wonderful captures with beautiful reflections. I also enjoyed the other marina views, the colorful blossoms, and the nifty window views. I do remember the ConeHeads from SNL ;-)
It's good to be caught up here. Hope all's well with you and yours. I'll catch your other blog another time.
Hugs and blessings,
And the reflections you shared are not just on/in the photos
Those are nice shots, Dianne--even if they were taken with film. LOL! Even then you had a photographer's eye.
These are very pretty! I loved my film camera : ) That is what got me started on photography. I SO agree! Blogging helped me bring my pictures to the next level!
Wonderful captures of reflections in the Hahba
that's how they say it, right ;-)
The first one is particularly stunning. I feel the same about blogging improving my photo skills.
But I don't think any of these need improving.
