Weekend Reflections: Harbor Cruise

I took these a million years ago. I was visiting one of my favorite cities - Boston - and killing time before the next cruise ship left.

I was using film - remember film?

When I look at them now I see so many things I would have done differently.

Blogging really has helped me grow as a photographer. Thanks to all of you who inspire me to copy your techniques.

Beautiful reflections! I know what you mean about "taking pictures" and making "art". So much I have learned as a photographer/blogger! So much I have learned in this wonderful community of "Weekend Reflections".

Hi Dianne. I loved to read your old man with the petals tree poem. If I was a crying person I would need a hankie.

I am sure you are feeling sorry also for our millions of Gulf Coast fish right now. Too bad we have to have wells and oil activity so close to those tender parts of our country.

Happy MidWeek Blues late. I never will catch up even with cutting down on my posts. Oh well, :)

Wonderful photos--makes me homesick for Boston. A part of my heart lies there.

Methinks each of these photos is ART personified ... wonderful captures with beautiful reflections. I also enjoyed the other marina views, the colorful blossoms, and the nifty window views. I do remember the ConeHeads from SNL ;-)

It's good to be caught up here. Hope all's well with you and yours. I'll catch your other blog another time.
Hugs and blessings,

And the reflections you shared are not just on/in the photos

Those are nice shots, Dianne--even if they were taken with film. LOL! Even then you had a photographer's eye.

Wonderful captures of reflections in the Hahba

that's how they say it, right ;-)

The first one is particularly stunning. I feel the same about blogging improving my photo skills.

But I don't think any of these need improving.
