I was doing an errand in a town about 40 minutes south of me that I rarely visit. On the way home I made a wrong turn and became lost for a bit in the midst of streets with no names and dead ends.
What a beautiful place and what a great "accidental" find! Your shots are fantastic and what wonderful reflections!! I would enjoy getting lost there!! Wishing you and Hope and great weekend and sending hugs to you both!
Well, if you're going to get lost this would be the place. Glad you had your camera to capture this lovely setting. And lucky owners to live in such a location.
Dear Dianne, Thanks for sharing these pictures with us.The place is adorable and you got perfect reflections in your compositions! Looks so peaceful there! Léia
Okay, I have been cooped up in this house all weekend getting caught up on stuff. It's grey and snowy and nothing's going to look that pretty out there, but you have just put the idea of just getting in the car and driving and seeing where I wind up in my head in a BIG way. Gorgeous photos!
Oh yeah -- I'd want to stay there -- but I assume you found your way out!
When we started RVing, one of the things we missed was being able to take wrong turns -- I mean you don't dare when you're pulling a 5th-wheel behind a big truck. With just a car or even a truck camper, we found some of the most beautiful spots by accident -- like you did here. Now we can do that again!.

So glad the fence is wood - plastic just would not have worked. :)
