Looking At The Sky On Friday: Here Comes The Sun

I took these about 2 weeks ago on a very grey and cold morning. All the shots were taken within a few moments. I was in a parking lot and noticed the valiant struggle the sun was making to come out.

Well, I hope that the sun prevailed and did get to shine at least for a bit while you were out and about! Nice shots. Thanks so much for playing along!!

Wow! It finally make it from behind the clouds! I'll bet you wanted to cheer. We really need the sun these days.

But it's gonna be shining on Tuesday!!

tisha - I like 'Friady' - has a nice ring to it ;)

bobbie - the only good think about the sun being so hidden is that I could get some shots.
Amen for Tuesday!!
it will also be a great sun for a certain someone to ride off in to ;)

Great shots of a great struggle! You wouldn't think that clouds could be so strong, would ya?!?

I love the last pic in particular? How can a sun look cold?

I can see the struggle :o)
We actually have sun out today (after like weeks of none). Too bad it's also -5F so we cannot enjoy it outside.
Have a wonderful weekend, Di!

I especially like the last one.
I had forgot all about this meme so I'm glad I found it today and was able to join in.

Well, the sun did make a valiant effort to appear, but alas, did not really appear. Appear, that is, hoe we like to see it: yellow, and full. The joys of a winter season in the Northeast...NOT!

Dianne, I could stand there and track the sun as well. What a wonderful thing to do! :)

Isn't it amazing how the sky can change so dramatically from minute to minute like this? I'm late in visiting because I was away from home all day yesterday, but am doing what I can to catch up today.
Hugs and blessings,

The sun has really been struggling to shine here too. In the bottom shot it looks like it...er...almost made it.
