I know I'm odd.
I like rainy days. I find them relaxing, much less pressure to be happy.
And I think gray skies and dark clouds can be lovely, especially over a busy intersection.
Do ya think there are enough traffic signals!?

The sky looks a bit threatening over NJ. This almost makes this a natural Sepia Scene...except the red lights make this picture real!
I've got to agree with Ralph, at first glance this looks like a sepia scene but then you look closer at the traffic lights and see some color coming through. Very cool effect!
I'll have some sort of sky picture up for tomorrow provided I don't pass out from the muscle relaxer I just took!

I like gray skies - it means the sun isn't blazing down at 100 degrees! Great picture!
It always amuses me to see so many traffic signals. I guess they want to be sure we don't miss that red light!
I live in the land of traffic signals so this is what normal looks like to me.. LOL!
I happen to love rainy days too & I don't mind grey skies as long as there are interesting clouds like the ones you have posted here.

I LOVE rainy skies and rainy days, so I don't think you're a bit odd (unless we both are..).

staci - it hasn't been hot here yet but yes, that's another reason to like the gray - I'm not a fan of heat
bobbie - it's one of those awful NJ intersections with jughandles and odd roads all spilling into each other

gracie - it has been cool here and for that I'm grateful - I do not do well in hot weather

Did I ever tell you about the green/gray sky I painted that caused my instructor to fail me and my dad had to come to school (mom said she was done coming to school when I was in trouble when I graduated Jr High) and meet with the dean?
