Looking At The Sky On Friday: The Morning After

There were severe thunderstorms here last Friday night. High winds, hail, sheets of rain. We lost power for 12 hours.

And then Saturday morning ...

One solo cloud was sitting there --- it was the only cloud I saw on my way to the store.

About an hour later all sorts of clouds were rolling inland from the bay.

I do believe we've gotten nasty thunderstorms through here every day for the last three days - at least. Very rarely do they move out and leave such lovely blue skies and puffy white clouds, though. Mostly they move out and leave humidity - ugh!
