Lovely lavender clouds with golden glow beneath. ;-) I like the rooftops at the bottom.

That is very cool! It reminds me of Harry Potter where all the houses are in a row and the storm comes up.

There's a lot to be said for symmetry and this shot says a lot of it! Very cool!

Not to worry about not visiting lately, you've had your own issues going on and I understand completely!

Oh, and we both appear to be all linky'd up now!

The symmetry is REALLY neat, but I especially love the colors! Beautiful!

that is just wonderful ... and now I will be 'hearing' the late Ms Garland's voice in my head ....for the rest of the day ...

Neat photo! I love the symmetrical houses. That sky doesn't look real it is so cloudy and pastel.

Dianne, that's a wonderful shot! You designed it just right! If you're having problems, I hope they get better. You don't deserve problems... :(

tricia - it was a lovely sunny day and then these low dark clouds moved in, with the bright sun and white clouds above them - it created the most amazing colors and patterns :)

I like the title to this post. I can almost hear Judy Garland singing it:
"Somewhere, over the Rooftops..."

That said, the only symmetry here are the houses. The sky is so beautiful as the clouds defy symmetry, they are never parallel. Ever...

Beautiful picture, I love all the houses in a row. Hope you're feeling better. Have a nice weekend :)

Me again, I just saw how Ralph mentioned Judy Garland - I was totally thinking this picture reminded me of Wizard of Oz too!

I remember "Life" magazine, where the very last page was labeled "Miscellany." This photo would've been perfect for that spot!!! It's super...

It's a beautiful photo. The sky is bursting with emotion. As for the houses, I prefer the country life...I don't like cramped quarters.

I have been told I like symmetry too. That's not a bad thing says I ;) Great shot, I like the way you have positioned the rooves in your photo :)

Again, I would be late to the party here. I also am hearing Judy's voice in my mind.

Lovely sky photo, Dianne! Sometimes I like symmetry, sometimes I like swirled around smooshy.

You know what I mean?
