*sigh*

Oh to be here right now instead of at the office.

*sigh*

Beautiful shot. The sky is just as beautiful as rest of the scenery. Nicely captured moment in time. :)

Thanks for playing.

That is one busy area! Does everyone there own a boat?? This just reminds me of ones I've seen from Southern California where people just step out their back doors and onto their boats.

I could get used to that.

Nice neighborhood, and commuting to The City must be a breeze, and no $12 toll on the Verazano Bridge. Anndi is right, not hard to enjoy living on that 'street'...

I agree, I think it looks very European. What a gorgeous view!

That looks like it would be a fun place to vacation, beautiful skies, water, lots of neighbors to barbeque with, plenty of other kids for the munchkin to play with.

Tisha - I wish I was there too! thanks for hosting

daryl - ahhhh - you make everything sound so classy :)

linda - most people have some sort of a water thingie - my friends have jet skis while their neighbor on one side has a giant boat and the other has a tiny sailboat

mo - the sky was very pink that day :) thanks

cherie - it is thanks :)

pink - thanks! :)
I have 2 Kodak Easyshares - one is a little point and shoot, I used that one for this shot
the other is better - with more functions and a better zoom
also - I often use my old Canon and film ;)

jan - it is a lovely place, the only issue is how close to each the homes are. when everyone is out it gets very chaotic

misty - how kind of you!! thanks for such a great compliment

anndi - I know kid, I know

ralph - I do believe there is a ferry service

jackie - thanks!!

tricia - there are mostly families and tons of kids - the cool thing was all the kids are great swimmers

Fantastic shot. I thought it was somewhere in the Netherlands.

I also enjoyed the Goose Crossing post below.

This is a beautiful photo. The pastel (purple!) colors of the sky and the reflections are stunning.

Happy Saturday, Dianne.
