That is one busy area! Does everyone there own a boat?? This just reminds me of ones I've seen from Southern California where people just step out their back doors and onto their boats.
Nice neighborhood, and commuting to The City must be a breeze, and no $12 toll on the Verazano Bridge. Anndi is right, not hard to enjoy living on that 'street'...
That looks like it would be a fun place to vacation, beautiful skies, water, lots of neighbors to barbeque with, plenty of other kids for the munchkin to play with.
Tisha - I wish I was there too! thanks for hosting
daryl - ahhhh - you make everything sound so classy :)
linda - most people have some sort of a water thingie - my friends have jet skis while their neighbor on one side has a giant boat and the other has a tiny sailboat
mo - the sky was very pink that day :) thanks
cherie - it is thanks :)
pink - thanks! :) I have 2 Kodak Easyshares - one is a little point and shoot, I used that one for this shot the other is better - with more functions and a better zoom also - I often use my old Canon and film ;)
jan - it is a lovely place, the only issue is how close to each the homes are. when everyone is out it gets very chaotic
misty - how kind of you!! thanks for such a great compliment
anndi - I know kid, I know
ralph - I do believe there is a ferry service
jackie - thanks!!
tricia - there are mostly families and tons of kids - the cool thing was all the kids are great swimmers
Whoa, Dianne! Gorgeous pastels or blush colors as Daryl callit! I'd love to live there! And BTW I just picked up your thoughtful get well card! Forgive my tardiness. :)

Oh to be here right now instead of at the office.

Beautiful shot. The sky is just as beautiful as rest of the scenery. Nicely captured moment in time. :)
Thanks for playing.

What kind of camera do you have Dianne?
Wow, I'm so jealous, of the deck and your shot. Outstanding.
Oh Dianne!!! This is an absolutely STUNNING photo! I really LOVE everything about this. FANTASTIC shot! This one needs printed and framed for sure.
I could get used to that.

Hi Dianne! Very peaceful. I hope there was a cocktail involved. Lisa
This looks so inviting! What am I doing HERE in rainy old Ontario? Very nice photo!
a lovely, soft sunset, Dianne. A really beautiful shot.
Fantastic shot. I thought it was somewhere in the Netherlands.
I also enjoyed the Goose Crossing post below.
Gorgeous view! The shot looks like a painting to me :).
Beautiful sunset. I'd love to be on that deck!

This is a beautiful photo. The pastel (purple!) colors of the sky and the reflections are stunning.
Happy Saturday, Dianne.
What a wonderful place to live!
Amazingly lovely view! This photo looks like a painting ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
This looks a bit like an old fashioned postcard. Pretty.
