Another Two Color Day

I'm posting for both MELLOW YELLOW MONDAY and PURPLE PHOTO PASSION

This is part of my son's Simpsons collection.

These twisty branches have a beautiful purple hue to them. I didn't notice that when I took the shot, I was looking at the chairs in the clearing. No one could figure out how they got back there or why they were there.

Hi!
Love your yellow and purple shots! I took some photos last summer and they have a pink tint to them. Don't know how that happened either. Have a great day!!

just me - you should, they're fun and your photos are always great
the purple meme is new and could sure use more people :)

staci - my son has been a Homer fan forever LOL
he can actually do a pretty good impersonation - at 36 he's still a big kid :)

daryl - not me!! ;)
I look after Mia and Siren, all others fend for themselves

Good job on the yellow and purple, Dianne. I'm having trouble keeping up too! Yikes! :)

It seems that yellow is for kids. Adults avoid yellows in clouthing etc. Can't understand why. Homer rocks!! Happy MYM! :)

Great and totally different MYM picture. I just love it!

Oh yes, keep those original boxes - this could be valuable in 50 years when he needs the money more than the toys!

Perhaps the chairs were there for sitting and admiring the purple branches?

Cool Simpson collection ...my son-in-law would be green with jealousy !! He's a Simpson fan too. :-)

Love the purple branches. I'd be curious as to what the chairs were doing there as well. Summer break prank, perhaps?

Nice photos..

I also like that Simpson collection. ;-)
I got 20 Simpsons' postage stamps today. Does your son know about them?

Those purple branches on the evergreen are cool.

Congrats on the well-deserved award! I am in good company.

I love anything purple and those branches are certainly interesting.

Can I see a Spongebob there too?

Those purple branches are just wild! I love those times when the photo throws up something unexpected that you didn't see when you were looking through the viewfinder.
